Qistina Wafi: Bazar Ramadan

The first day of Ramadan this year falls on a Saturday but I had the opportunity to visit one of Bazaar Ramadan (BR) near my home, Bandar Tasik Kesuma on the fifth day of Ramadan.

Usually, I always go to Bazar Ramadan at town of Beranang. Eventhough BR Beranang is smaller than bazaar Ramadan in Bandar Tasik Kesuma, I prefer the one in Beranang because the chances to buy delicious and unique foods is higher. I can get many traditional kuih-muih and rare foods which are not offered in BR Bandar Tasik Kesuma.

Bazaar Ramadan all over Selangor go into full action mode from as early as 4.00pm, closing before Maghrib, at 7.15pm, same goes to BR in Bandar Tasik Kesuma.

As well as strengthening discipline and self-control, Ramadan is also about spending time with loved ones over good food. What better way to celebrate and break fast than by visiting this bazaar.

My first trip to the BR Bandar Tasik Kesuma was a quick one but here are some of the photos of the food that I managed to capture.

For people who love to eat Japanese food same like me, you can get this unique food, called Takoyaki at a cheap price!
